I wanna purchase a car before Christmas just looking around.Right now ,new construction right by the freeway but you can still get there easily I’m not on the exit I’ll Mountain Vista and there is a heavy freeway repair close some nights the freeway exit.

He followed up immediately and continued to do so throughout our conversation. Like most, I inquired with a couple other dealerships, but Albert from Mountain View Chevrolet gave the best deal, friendly and responsive.
Jonathan was AWESOME and very informative. I live in Chino but MK Smith is horrible so I drive all the way to Mountain View just to deal with you guys. The wait is always short and return is always fast. Jonathan definitely had my best interest in his intentions.

Ed Johnson is a great service guy. I’ve had him as the service rep 2-3 times and he’s always been honest a straightforward with me and great about communicating with me during the process. My truck has an ongoing brake issue and he and the dealer have been with me and helpful throughout the process.

Guillermo was great. After having my car diagnose he called an informed me what the problem was and explained what needed to be done with a cost estimate and timeline. The actual cost came in a little less and he was spot on with the completion. I had taken my car to another mechanic that was unable to diagnose the issue after a few attempts. I am very satisfied with the results of this recent visit to Mtn View Chevrolet.
Troy was an absolute delight, His manager was quick and to the point, we waited a minimal amount of time which is an important factor when buying a car because no one wants to wait in a sales office for ever. Great employees friendly and knowledgeable and when I wanted to ask things about my cars they were more than happy to tell me.
Signs are everywhere about enforcing masks but the employees are not wearing them. Neither are some customers. Also was told I would get a complimentary wash but looks like they just turned on my wipers and you can see all the streaks on the front windshield and the windows. I had washed my truck a couple hours before my service light turned on and it was perfectly clean. Next time I'll just let them know not to wash it and I'll do it myself.

Decided to take my Tahoe to the actual dealer for routine service and was pleasantly surprised. I've used private mechanics for years after some dealer frustration in other cities, but thought my new-used Tahoe should get a dealer look for my first maintenance check. Glad I did.
